Business Function

DBS' Private Banking offers a one-stop, full-service touch-point for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalised banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client's needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.

The candidate is expected to lead artificial intelligence (AI) projects aimed at boosting productivity across Private Banking Front Office and support functions and enhancing customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities
• AI Project Initiation
Initiate and implement AI projects that align with business goals and operational efficiency in PB.
• Business Analysis
Conduct in-depth analyses to understand current processes, identify potential improvements, and integrate AI solutions effectively.
• Project Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects, from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Requirement Gathering
Collaborate with PB front office staff, support functions, and stakeholders to capture and document precise business requirements.
• AI Model Development
Partner with the Data Chapter and Technology teams to develop and refine AI models, including rule-based systems and machine learning algorithms.
• Testing and Validation
Formulate and implement robust testing strategies to validate the effectiveness of AI models.
• Model Training and Pilot Implementation
Guide users in testing, training, and deploying AI models, managing pilot runs to ensure smooth integration.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology / AI project implementation, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record in business analysis and project management.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and market dynamics within the banking industry.
• Highly organized team player with good communications and interpersonal skills with front offices, across x-functional teams, across internal & external, local & regional key stakeholders
